Even though the directions seemed misleading went right to the place it said just need alittle patience. But the tour guide showed up and everything went as planned!
the tour guide never showed up. It was pouring and we walked very far to meet up with the guide. I had sent a message asking if the tour would happen if it stormed and never received a response. We showed up. The tour guide did not. The directions on where to meet were very vague and could have included several different locations. We split up and went back and forth to each location. We were told to arrive 15 minutes early which left plenty of time to check each location several times. There was no description on who to meet or what they would be wearing or any information at all. I sent a message while we were looking for the guide and received no response.
This was not worth it. We basically met the guide at a spot and walked 100 Yards to the park across from the boats. The guide knew a minimal amount of information and admitted to getting help from AI. Save your money and go on your own and google stuff…you’ll get more info.
The experience was awesome! Come ready to get wet. You have an opportunity to eat before you board the boat. I love the walking tour guide.
Had a great guide and a good boat captain. Very happy. Line looks long, but crew very efficient. Got pretty wet.
We loved this experience! Definitely recommend! She gave great tips and they all worked in us getting great views of both the waterfall and fireworks.
Tour guide was excellent & very accommodating. We had a great time on the tour and enjoyed the cruise under the falls.
The boat tour of the Falls was awesome! It was breathtaking to be that close to the fall and be surrounded by the water and mist.
The guide from Grayline was nice but not really interesting. I felt i was being sold on the local attractions near the Sheraton instead of receiving an interesting tour of the area (except learning about the hotel that had been at the Oakes Park years ago). This is much too expensive for the product and we were NOT walked to the front of the boat line. We were actually detained from getting to the front of the line, 'go take pictures'. We did that because we thought we were then getting a fast track to the boat line....nope.
Fantastic tour guide! Highly recommend this for anyone interested in a local guide. We had a great time.
