It was an incredible experience that I highly recommend to anyone who hasn't yet added it to their bucket list.
It was so amazing! Christine was a great tour guide :)
It was a unique experience, and the guide made the experience even more enjoyable. My mother and I loved visiting Niagara Falls!
The falls, boat ride and cave part were great would of rather just drove there and did it on our own, seems like we spent more time riding around on a bus then enjoying the falls. Also if you want to enjoy the falls you will get wet on the boat and cave part so wear proper foot wear .
This experience was nothing short of amazing. Having someone drive us to all the important areas was such a weight lifted off my shoulders as a parent. Although some parts felt rushed because of timing everything, I do not regret this tour! Our tour guide Deb was amazing, knowledgeable, funny, and just down to earth. Truly appreciate the experience she gave us.
I had a wonderful time on tour. Our tour guide , Mark Masters was great; very knowledgeable on history of Niagara Falls , and great personality. I can tell he loves his job.
This tour takes you to the best parts of the Falls area. We had an excellent guide, very knowledgeable, and very personable. We would not have learned as much of the local history and lore on our own. We loved the many stories he told. The bus was comfortable and picked us up in front of our hotel. Water was provided, as well as options for food and well-spaced restroom breaks. There was a lot of walking. The elevators to Maid of the Mist and to Cave of the Winds take you down to where the stairs are, so being on a tour does not preclude lots of walking and climbing stairs. All in all, highly recommend. For us, well worth the cost.
Deb was our tour guide for the day, and she was absolutely amazing! 👏🏻 She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable from start to finish. I only speak English, but I was so impressed by how effortlessly she communicated in multiple languages! it was incredible to watch. One of the best parts was that we were picked up directly from our hotel, which made everything so convenient. Deb clearly explained where we needed to go, what to do, and answered any questions we had along the way. She made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire tour. I highly recommend requesting Deb if you have the chance! She even brought everyone candy! How sweet! One thing I would like to also include is how she was accommodating to people with a disability or dealing with health troubles. She made sure everyone got there safely and quickly! I thought the entire trip was so smoothly ran. Well done Deb!
It is an experience to repeat. The guide was very kind, very knowledgeable, and attentive to all the questions.
Barb was a great tour guide - very knowledgeable local who led us down the best path - we’re still eating the bakery treats
