The tour guide John was very knowledgeable and loved sharing thw information of the area. He kept us informed on the physical activity required for each stop so we could choose what events we participated in. The information page on your site should have a description of the physical activity so partons can make decisions on that. We had several people in our group that the walking was a challenge for.
Our guide Tommy was great. He was prompt picking us up, was funny and very knowledgeable. Sights and tours were great. Highly recommend Tommy and this tour.
Great overview of Niagra Falls activities and history. Went during the off-season so not everything completely open but still had an enjoyable time.
Mostly self guided with George dropping us of at attractions and providing tickets. Providing historical context for the falls. Lots of great photo opportunities.
George was absolutely amazing!!! He was very knowledgeable and informational. Would highly recommend requesting him!
John was an excellent guide, very informative and helpful. We booked this excursion specifically for the boat ride and were told half way through that it was not part of the tour. The website should be updated to reflect that.
We had scheduled and was looking forward to the event but ended up canceling and requesting a refund. We scheduled for Maid of the Mist for April and found out later that the Maid of the Mist does not run until May because of Ice. Most of events/activities were closed because of out of season and they should have advertised that ahead of time. Rest of tour group was unhappy and driver had alternatives but should have been communicated prior. Driver was pleasant but also late. Would have been a great experience and family was eager for it but was let down - should be up front with out of season activities ... not as advertised.
It was really neat and we learned a lot. My only advice is to not go before may or June. We were not able to go on the maid of the mist due to the ice. That was pretty disappointing but we will go back again in the summer.
This was so worth it. End of March and Sunshine it felt so privat. But all thanks to John our Guide. He was flexible, Funny, super Polite and knew everything there is. From the history to a good Lunch Spot after. Huge thanks to him!
Absolutely worth it! Guide was very informative. Our US side trip was canceled so we were rebooked to Canadian side. So very happy we did. Everything on US side is accessible by foot and some of it is free. Canadian side had so much more activity, food, options, and Starbucks at every corner. We had a much smaller group and our guide was able to answer a lot more questions and make a lot more recommendations based on our individual interests.
