On your walking tour of Niagara Falls, NY , your guide will meet you at the Sitting Nikola Tesla Statue near the goat island parking lot. Goat Island is well known for having one of the most magnificent views of both the American and Canadian Falls. After visiting the Tesla statue, your guide will bring you to The next stop on your tour will be Luna Island which separates the American and Bridal Veil Falls. This Island was originally called Prospect Island but it was renamed for the famous lunar rainbows that appear over it on bright, moonlit nights.
The guide was on time and she was friendly. We were group of 9 and she was very patient with us. She explained about the falls history very nicely.
Called to query my tour and viator agent cancelled my booking. I was not happy with this tour provider. I went to the falls on my own and enjoyed the views and experience I was able to have.
Loved the Maid of the mist and the Cave of the winds. Mind blowing. Lots of walking on this tour but worth it.
I liked the tour alot but i wish I would've had it over 2 days instead of all of it i one day. I want people to know that the tour could be a lot longer than 3 hours depending on how many tourists are traveling. Overall it was good but lots of waiting around for things.
I was a bit disappointed about this walking tour. Firstly, our guide, Rick?, showed up late - I get it traffic, whatever, but at least make an apology for being late. Next, I have taken a TON of walking tours - it's my favorite way to get to know a new city when travelling; but this was more a guide through the park, a people wrangling if you will. No facts about the park, save a comment about central park which could barely be heard. I learned more in the 15 minute tram ride back to the starting point than I did on the entire tour which was very disappointing. My two cents: save the money, buy tram tickets and prepurchase the experiences you want. Don't waste you time here.
