Service Animals are permitted provided they meet the following requirements: The Service Animal MUST be traveling with the person it is assigned to. The Service Animal should be wearing their service vest. This will help the other passengers understand the importance of the animal on the tour. Documentation is required to support the Service Animal is certified as a service/therapy animal by a recognized organization. This must be available to present to the Customs Agent when entering Canada. If your tour includes a border crossing, the animal’s vaccine record must also be available to present to the border agent if requested.

We had an amazing experience with our guide, Ross! He was very engaging and knowledgeable, which made for an awesome tour of the Falls. The Maid of the Mist in a must do, and exploring all the parks have to offer makes this tour unforgettable. At the end of the tour, I left my cell phone on the bus and Ross was kind enough to come to the hotel and drop it off to me!! Five star experience!!!

This was a great experience! We got to see so much and learned a lot from our tour guide Nick. He was great! They were also in constant contact with me giving me updates prior to pick up. I liked that as it took a lot of stress out.
Our tour guide was Nancy and she was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, friendly and ready to answer our question. She seemed to love her job. The tour included Maid of the Mist. (In itself is unbelievable), and stops throughout American and Canadian falls at many of the park with special views from the area. If we go back would really like the tour guide to be Nancy!
