We enjoyed this half day tour very much! Our guide was Fortunato, he was very knowledgeable and we could tell that he enjoys his job. (When we were got back to our hotel we asked for a recommendation for a nearby pizza place. He gave us directions to Comparu, which was amazing!) Both the Journey Behind the Falls and the boat ride were fabulous, can't get any closer to the Falls than that! We enjoyed the stop at the candy/maple syrup shop as well. This tour provided a great way to hit the major spots while letting someone else do the driving! Tour left the hotel on time. If you're making additional plans that day, allow 5 hours, depending on the crowd at the boat ride.

Dirk was engaging, gregarious, helpful, knowledgeable, patient and kind. He kept up a steady stream of historical information that was presented in a very manner. He was very helpful with tips on dining and attractions. He was VERY patient with laggards who seemed to forget that they were on an excursion with other people and that adherence to a timeline was crucial. Dirk remained jovial through it all. I would recommend this tour in general and Dirk in particular to anyone planning on visiting Niagara Falls.
Great experience. Everything was amazing, Dirk was a great guide and full of facts and Information. If you don't want the hassles of standing in line, figuring out transportation or pay for parking everywhere them this is what you want. Had e very good time.
We had an amazing time! Dirk was great and was very educational on the history of Niagara Falls. My son loved helping him with the tour guide flag! We really had a great time and really got the full experience! Would do it again!
