Party Marty was our tour guide and he was an absolute delight and legend. He was so knowledgeable in just about everything! He really made the tour great. The group size was nice, not too many people. The crowds were manageable. It was perfect to go during the off season. We stayed for a week and got to see all the sites. It was an overall great experience. Everyone was incredibly friendly. My friend and I went for a vacation and it was just what we needed to relax and reset.
Unfortunately i can not rate the experience since I was not able to take the tour. I had originally scheduled for May 6th at 4 pm, but I was called from the Maid of Mist office that they did not have availability for that time slot and offered a time slot for next morning at 9:0 am. Unfortunately, I woke up with a cold and was not feeling well enough to take the tour especially since it was cold and wet out. They said they could not offer a refund since it was less than 24 hour notice required.
Our tour was great, Dayna kept us entertained and it was never a dull minute. She was friendly and helpful. She was always making sure we saw everything, A great tour guide . I would recommend you request her. Great job!
Nancy was our tour guide and she was excellent! She was giving us really good history about Niagara Falls and she was very patient and would answer any questions that anyone asked.
