Lenny is the best tour guide you could ask for I would recommend 100/10 times he’s patient, cracks jokes and also tells some cool story’s, everything you want from a tour guide, again will recommend 1000% of the time. Legendary Lenny is his name.
Good experience lots of fun and it was perfect length
The falls were absolutely beautiful, and the weather couldn’t have been better. Unfortunately, our guide, Marty, detracted from the experience. I overheard him speaking to a park employee in a condescending and dismissive tone, which I found unprofessional. Although he was pleasant when addressing our group, his demeanor changed when he thought guests weren’t paying attention. That inconsistency made his friendliness seem insincere and left me with a negative impression.
It was a lot of fun and highly recommended. Also listen to your guide and stay with them.. views were beautiful and you definitely get wet
