Service Animals are permitted provided they meet the following requirements: The Service Animal MUST be traveling with the person it is assigned to. The Service Animal should be wearing their service vest. This will help the other passengers understand the importance of the animal on the tour. Documentation is required to support the Service Animal is certified as a service/therapy animal by a recognized organization. This must be available to present to the Customs Agent when entering Canada. If your tour includes a border crossing, the animal’s vaccine record must also be available to present to the border agent if requested.

We did the Niagara Falls tour today, visiting both the Canadian and American sides, and it was a fantastic day out. The views are breathtaking from both vantage points, and being able to compare them in a single day is absolutely worth it. A special mention goes to our guide, Nancy, who made the day even better. She was attentive, warm and full of fascinating facts and historical background that added a whole other dimension to the visit. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does — she looked after the group the whole time, timed everything perfectly, and always with a smile and great sense of humour. The organisation was flawless, with no unnecessary waiting and plenty of time at each stop to take it all in and get some photos. A tour I’d wholeheartedly recommend — and if you get Nancy as your guide, even better. Thank you for an unforgettable day!
This was my first time ever being in Niagara Falls, let alone Canada. Randy was such a great tour guide and he was very informative! I could tell he genuinely loves his job and he made me feel so welcome. I was only here for a short time but if im ever here again I can only hope to get him as my guide again! We saw amazing views and learned great facts about the history of the falls on both sides of the border. Randy told us where we could go for the best pastries and genuine Canadian dishes. 10/10 would recommend!!

We had an amazing time. Adam our tour guide was excellent! We were a part of the Adam’s Family and loved every minute of the tour. We were able to see and experience the Falls from every angle imaginable. If you have seen pictures of the falls it does it no justice. You have to see it in person.
