Our family enjoyed the Niagara Falls Walking Tour and Boat Cruise Eco Experience October 11, 2025. My husband, myself, and our two children (ages 14 and 12 years old) all found it an enjoyable and memorable experience. We met up with our tour guide, Julia, outside the Hard Rock Cafe. Julia was easy to find with her little handheld Canadian flag and tours sign. She was friendly and knowledgeable as she took our group (which included 2-3 other families) on an easy walk through the nearby Niagara gardens on our way to the Falls. She knew all the best spots to stop for photos and shared interesting bits of information along the way. She always had her easy to spot Canadian flag with her for quick visual recognition. The walk wasn’t strenuous. The garden was the only partially un-paved part. We took an elevator to the boarding lines and received red ponchos for the boat ride. If you choose to ride on the upper deck, you will get wet from the misty spray that the falls give off. We expected that and enjoyed the misty experience but you can chose the lower portion of the boat which has glass panes for a less wet experience. There is a gift shop, restrooms and eatery options available right along the river by the falls that we visited after the cruise. Both my kids, my husband and I all had a great experience. It fit perfectly into our schedules for an afternoon visit to Canada.

Bruno was great. His knowledge of the falls area helped out group. He kept up entertained. Also he had great patience for groups that didn't show up by waiting on them.

We had a wonderful time on this tour! We planned to spend more time at the Falls, but only had a half of a day available in our trip itinerary so this walking/boat tour was PERFECT to save time AND feel like we got the full experience! We learned alot, experienced the falls in the boat tour, and got some FABULOUS photos. Loved every minute, Julia and Giovanni were so entertaining and accommodating we couldn’t have asked for a better experience for the time we did have! Definitely recommend
