Guide
Arrive promptly 45 minutes prior to departure time to register, sign participation agreement and hear pre-trip safety orientation. If you miss the safety orientation, we will move you to the next available trip time without notice (which could be the next day) so it is important to arrive on time.
Pre-trip briefing and safety orientation
The participation agreement thoroughly explains to anyone interested in the trip, all pertinent aspects of jet-boating including personal health requirements. Refusal to sign the agreement will not merit a credit or refund.
Wheelchair accessibility - if assistance is required, passenger must provide their own carer. Guests must be able to sit on a bench seat and support themselves by holding on to a bar in-front of each seat without assistance.
Late or no-show participants will not receive a refund. You have 24 hours prior to your trip to cancel for a full refund. Trips can be rescheduled until 24 hours before the departure at no added charge (subject to availability).
Trips rescheduled within 24 hours of the trip time will be subject to an additional 10% rebooking fee.
Guests must arrive on site via their own form of transportation - Whirlpool Jet Boat Tours is not responsible for getting you to the dock.

There is a minimum height requirement of 44″ tall for the WET Jet seats. Children will be measured on-site, and those who do not meet the requirements will not be permitted to ride.
Guests under the age of 13 and/or under 100 lbs are not permitted to sit in the first 3-4 rows of any vessel. (All loading and guest seating is at the sole discretion of the Captain and Crew of the vessel).
Guests age 13-15 years old must be seated with a guest who is 16 years or older to ride the first 3-4 rows of the boat, with an adult chaperone(18+) on board. Guests age 16-17 years old can ride the first 3-4 rows of the boat with an adult chaperone (18+) on board. Guests under 18 years old are not permitted to ride without an adult chaperone (age 18+).
We had a great time got there early made sure we did the waver before hand just to make things easier when there. got to look around watch some come in and leave. took us out and had a BLAST we would totally go back. had a large group of 9 only fit 7 in a row but was still great time. We had captain Jordan and mickela!!!!
Great time an absolute must do when visiting Niagara. You will get soaked, but worth every drop. Learned a lot of the area and was a great thrill ride.
Our experience was wonderful thanks to our companion Isabella, she was funny and very friendly. Above all, let’s not forget Captain Grace thanks to whom we were able to appreciate the strength of the falls jumping sheep and being well watered. Thank you both for this unforgettable experience!
Great fun and the lake water was refreshing. The staff was amazing. You should publicize your shuttle from the Floral Clock. Sherry our shuttle driver was great. And Vinny, our guide was entertaining. Charlie, the captain did an excellent job as well. We really enjoyed the ride on such a hot day, and even learned a few things about the Niagara Gorge.

You get soaked!! The rapids were great, I did not expect it to be as exciting as it was. You can’t miss this attraction if you are visiting in the Niagra Falls area.

We had Isabella and Simon as our trip guide and captain. Both of them were awesome! This is very fun and something EVERYONE should do. I do suggest getting tickets in advance, showing up early, bringing a towel and a change of clothes.
You will definitely get wet. Make sure to take off your glasses.. Ware clothing to get wet in..... Need some type of foot ware. Follow the rules.
