We had such an amazing experience. Our tour guide(I did not get his name) was so amazing and accommodating. I would highly recommend this event fir everyone!!!
Well worth it!! Billy our tour guide was awesome. The highlight was the ride to the waterfalls. Experience I won’t forget. The whole family enjoyed it. Book it you won’t regret it.
We thought we were going to get on a shuttle to the boat. However we had to walk 1.8 miles and my wife is disabled and can’t walk very well. The boat ride was cool but very short!
The experience of the attraction was amazing. The pre walking tour I am sure was as well , but I was traveling with my senior Mother and she was slower than the other guests and we were left behind without any hesitation. Only once I said something to the guide about him not noticing that she was elderly and slower did he try to make up for the lack of attention. Sad really.
Rico was a fabulous tour guide! Make sure to find him!!!!
Great for all ages! There are some seats where you can sit if you have a mobility issue. You can stay pretty dry in certain spots or get drenched if you want. But the ponchos are wonderful and helpful. Best time to go is during the week and earlier in the day. Saturdays end up having long waits in line. They also allow pets!
Couldn’t have been more intimidated, but awestruck by this experience. Fabulous! Great for young and old alike! Nate was great!
Wear shoes that you do not mind to get very wet. Love the ponchos. Guide Nate was very good. Lovely sights.
This was a horrible experience and i would never book again. Best plan is to go to the park wander on your iwn anx buy Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds tickets there
Our guide Joel was very informative on our guided tour. Even though we felt rushed at times (walked a little too fast for those who could not), he made sure everyone he didn't loose anyone. The boat ride gave us a beautiful view of all 3 falls. The cold, windy and wet conditions didn't take away from the experience.
