The tour was just ok. Large family in our group that took the attention away from others in the group. Tour guide was knowledgeable and kind.
Great experience, must see and mist do, the bridal veil is good water therapy, great tour guide pleasant helpful and informative, patient with folks who get little late catching up in the tour.
Mark was amazing and a wealth of knowledge, offering other ideas to look into after the tour as well. Cave of the winds was really beautiful. You will get wet even with the ponchos!
Awesome. What a sight to see! Bring extra shoes. You won’t need a rain coat. The little movie was very informative also.
We met Mark on Sunday for a tour. Prior to that we got a descriptive text of info and a picture of the meeting spot. It was easy to find and so was Mark. Mark knew a ton of interesting facts and his pride for his hometown really shined thru. This was a great addition and way to get a ticket to Cave of Winds vs waiting inline for a time. Id say youre with Mark for an hour and then go into the Cave of Winds. Id set aside 2 to 3 hours total.
Be patient it’s worth every moment and take lots of pictures! You will have the best time you have ever experienced
An unforgettable experience with breathtaking views and powerful winds. Feeling so close to the falls was both thrilling and refreshing. A must-do attraction for anyone visiting Niagara Falls!
Not worth the wait and money you're better off going to the ticket counter and purchasing tickets they sold tickets every hour of the day at a cheaper price
Loved our Cave of Winds tour. Nate was our topside guide. He was super friendly and informative. He took us along starting at Horseshoe Falls related stories and facts about the falls. We then went down and did two viewpoints, one I believe was called Stedman’s point, and then the other was right at Bridal Veils were you can see the American Falls. Nate told stories the whole way. After the viewpoints he deposited us back at the Cave entrance and told us that his part was finished. He collected our tickets, handed them out and gave us instructions on what was going to happen as the state park took over the tour. We proceeded to the next set at our scheduled time and took the elevator down to the boardwalks. We walked right up the bottom of Bridal Veils and it was awesome!! At the hurricane deck you can kinda decide how wet you want to get. You will get whether you go up to the falls or if you hang back. I went closer than my hubby and mainly just my shoes and collar of my shirt got wet enough to need to change. My hubby hung back and he had to change his shoes and his shorts. His poncho keep blowing up. It was very windy. I will admit when I purchased tickets I was not expecting any type of guide. That part was very nice. Highly recommend you do the tours!!
Way too expensive. The tour guide just showed up, talked about the area for about 15 minutes, gave us the tickets, and said goodbye. This isn't a place that actually needs a guide; instead of wasting time following one around, it's much better to just explore with your family. On top of that, they charged double the price of an actual on-site ticket. This is a total scam.
