Deciding to check out Niagara Falls was pretty easy. It was at the end of a weeklong trip to NYC; it was a bucket list item for us; we’d come a long way (from the west coast. Why not? What didn’t seem quite as easy? The prospect of visiting three separate attractions, navigating long lines, and grasping the magnitude and splendor of this remarkable natural resource. That’s where our amazing tour guide Daanish came in. We have booked a bunch of small group tours, in the U.S. and abroad. Pub crawls, food and culture, museums … you name it. And the greatest differentiator between a good and great experience? The guide. Ours generally have been good, but Daanish is GREAT — the best of the best. Informed, energetic, and authentic. Friendly but not overbearing. Like all guides, he has command of basic details, but he is at heart a facilitator. A really good one. You move from one attraction to the next with virtually no friction. (He pre-purchases all tickets so you just show up, avoiding most of the lines.) He doesn’t accompany you to each experience — no need — but clearly explains where you’ll meet up with him from step to step, and he’s right where he says he’ll be. I knew Daanish was special when I saw people all over the Falls greeting him, fist-bumping him, just saying hi. Like he’s the unofficial Mayor or something. From the moment we met up to the moment he bid us farewell, we knew we were in great, dependable hands. Just what you want, and need, as a traveler. (Oh, yeah, the Falls themselves are amazing too. You’ve got to see them.) Cannot recommend this experience — but mostly Daanish — highly enough.
We had a great experience with Robby, our tour guide. He was very responsive, knowledgeable about the area, easy-going, very friendly, and a great photographer! We would highly recommend Robby as your tour guide. His company (Skyline Tours) was very quick at responding and was very helpful throughout our entire stay. We enjoyed our time here, and would definitely go back!
Booking a tour was worth the extra money because we saved so much time. The transport to all the activities was so convenient. Danish was flexible with everyone & very knowledgable as well as a very positive, genuine person.

The tour was awesome! The Falls are magical. Daanish our tour guide made the tour even more fabulous. He was so nice, knew facts about all the places we went. He knows history and fun. He made us feel comfortable, and took care of each of the people on our tour. He was never upset, frustrated or impatient even when people were taken their time. he even took a moment for shout outs to my daughter and another person on the tour who we’re celebrating their birthdays. Absolutely recommend.

Daanish was very informative about pick up and texted us to let us know his arrival time. He was very friendly, engaging and informative about our itinerary. He was receptive to group questions and kept us on schedule. His knowledge about the falls and hints to getting the best bang for our buck was awesome. He even took pictures for us! His personality was worth the price of admission alone. I highly recommend him. You won’t be disappointed.

Daanish was our guide during the day. He made sure we saw everything that we wanted to see. He even made a stop at 3 Sisters. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us helpful hints for the Maid of the Mist ride and Cave of the Winds. You still will get wet! I would definitely use Niagara skyline Tours again!
