My mum and I had a thoroughly enjoyable day out with BG TOURS, we did the day tour to Niagara Falls. Our guide, Bernard, made sure that everything ran smoothly from start to finish. He was also very well informed on the history/ information related to each stop. He made sure that everyone was comfortable at all times on the bus. The tour consisted of a few stops such as the origin of the falls, the flower clock, free maple syrup tasting, the skylon tower and the Falls. Everyone was accommodated in terms of the extras that they wanted to add, for example the helicopter ride or the skylon tower. Niagara Falls is a well worthwhile day tour from Toronto, it was a real highlight for us, and booking with BG TOURS made the experience enjoyable and straight forward.
We had so much fun. Behind the Falls was absolutely gorgeous. The Tower and the Butterfly Conservatory were very enjoyable as well. The bus was very comfortable with a very educational tour.
We LOVED our tour with Maggie. She is very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. She navigated us through the experience and we would have not done well in the time we had if not for her. We sid not have time to do the 4d experience which is the only part we missed due to time. Please do not hesitate to do this tour and ask for Maggie!
5 out of 5!! We had a fantastic experience on this Niagara Falls tour! Our guide was excellent—very knowledgeable, friendly, and made the trip both fun and interesting. The pacing was perfect with just the right amount of time at each attraction and smooth transitions in between stops. We never felt rushed, but also never felt like we were waiting around. A great balance of learning, sightseeing, and enjoying the beauty of the Falls. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area!
Had an amazing experience. Was picked up on time, coach was very comfortable. The tour guide was informative, friendly and funny. The tour was extremely well organised and I would highly recommend this company. Felt taken care of throughout the tour and communication was great throughout the day.
