Parking is limited in Niagara Falls and lots often fill up by mid day. We suggest taking an Uber or Taxi to the meeting point. However, there are a number of paid parking lots in the area, the closest being on Hiram Street

We had chosen the main activity for the boat tour at the foot of the falls. The short walking tour in the Japanese Garden was okay, but the guide spoke quickly in English and it is not our main language.
You learn something about the history of Niagara Falls. How the city and the waterfalls were formed. And our guide Robby did it perfectly.
Their guide is a no-show! They don't show up and pretend you aren't there! Extremely disappointing way of operating.

Robby our guide was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. I learned about the history of Niagara Falls. If you have kids with strollers or wagons it will be hard for you to maneuver because the secret garden has a lot of steps. It wasn’t the case for us since our kid is older. On the plus side, the visit to the Falls has ramps and elevators.
Anu was a great tour guide. My kids (9,8 & 2 1/2) enjoyed the history and facts shared along the walk down to the falls and boat. Boat ride was awesome as well.
